1)Register & Pay online - Choose the course you want, then follow the prompts to register for a course. a. Once you click on the 'Register for a course' button, you will be taken to our secure online payment system where you will be asked to pay by credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express). You will not be able to register for any course after the 'cut off date' displayed on the course information. b. You will receive an automatic email from Quality Security Training advising you of successful payment (please check your Junk Mail folder if you do not see it immediately in your inbox).
Special Note for JIBC Certificate Courses: Please click here to view the special instructions from the Justice Institute of British Columbia regarding obtaining Student IDs in order to be able to write the online course exams.
Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy:
All course fees must be paid in full at time of registration so make sure you follow the STEPS ABOVE when you are applying for a course.
If you are unable to attend the course, your cancellation request must be received a minimum of 1 month before the start of the course.
An amount equal to 50% of the course fee will be refunded only if the cancellation request is received at least 1 month before the course start date.
There will be no refund for any cancellations made after that time.
