MOAB (Management of Aggressive Behavior)

MOAB® is early crisis intervention training for workplace safety.

MOAB® presents principles, techniques, and skills for recognizing, reducing, and managing violent and aggressive behavior. The program also provides humane and compassionate methods of dealing with aggressive people. Quality Security Training Services offers 1 or 2 days training for employees in health care, social services, security, customer service industries (Certificate program).

  • Every MOAB® technique - nonverbal, verbal, or physical - is based on a solid principle.
  • MOAB® goes beyond the strategies for preventing and diffusing a crisis. It addresses the multitude of crises and stages of conflict.
  • MOAB® is an innovative, comprehensive, and effective course on managing aggressive behavior. MOAB® Training has developed an intense, fresh approach to dealing with people.
  • Classes range from half a day to two full days of training, depending on your company needs.

PPCT (Pressure Points Control Techniques)

Various elements of the course can be adapted for you company needs and course can be shortened for those needs.

  • 40 hour course on teaching your employees to be safe from violence at work and apprehend potentially violent customers
  • 3-year certification certificate
  • Classroom and hands on practice.

Crisis Intervention/ De-Escalation

We teach your employees how to cope with aggressive behavior in order to de-escalate the problem and calm the person down.

  • We will custom build the course to your specifications in accordance to your own needs.
  • Classroom and hands on practice.
